The IB865 CPU card is based on the Intel 865G chipset and supports Pentium 4 and Celeron D processors with speeds up to 3.8GHz with 800MHz system bus and Hyper-Threading Technology support

Ibase Technology has begun shipping the IB865 CPU card based on the Intel 865G chipset and supporting high performance Intel Pentium 4 and Celeron D processors with speeds up to 3.8GHz with 800MHz system bus and Hyper-Threading Technology support. This SBC has two on board DDR DIMM sockets that can fit 2Gbyte of dual-channel DDR 400 main memory.

Based on the Intel 865G chipset, IB865 has integrated graphics controller with Intel Extreme Graphics 2 Technology and Hi-Speed USB 2.0 connectivity to ensure the flexibility and performance needed in a broad range of demanding computing needs.

Optional MicroAGP VGA cards come with 64Mbyte frame buffer and can connect with LVDS, TV-out and a second CRT output.

Additionally, the IB865 supports an impressive range of high-speed storage and networking connectivity options such as Serial ATA, USB 2.0, a standard 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet and an optional Intel 82547GI gigabit Ethernet controller.

Other features of this LGA775 socket SBC include watchdog timer, digital I/O, ISA high drive and PCI to ISA bridge.
