USB acquisition module claims top value
A new low-cost USB data acquisition module provides eight 12bit analogue inputs, 16 digital I/O lines, two programmable pulsewidth output channels and a 16bit counter channel
The iUSBDAQ-U120816 is billed as the lowest cost USB data acquisition module to provide eight 12bit analogue inputs, 16 digital I/O lines, two programmable pulsewidth output channels and a 16bit counter channel. Analogue sampling rate is up to 32Ksample/s, which is divided among the number of channels used, with single channel sampling up to 13Ksample/s.

Priced at US $79 for one to nine units, the iUSBDAQ-U120816 is just over half the price of similar USB DAQ devices from other companies.
It is fully compatible with USB 1.1 and 2.0 standards and is supported by Windows 98SE/Me/2000/XP operating systems.
The package comes with a USB cable, screwdriver, device driver, DLL, LabView driver, dot net wrapper class, rich examples and free ready-to-run iDAQTest and Log testing and data logging software.
An OEM version is also available for orders of 100 or more at the very low price of US $49 each.
