The latest additions to the HLM high density modular connector series include a 45-way signal option at 1A, and a four-way coax module. The modular building block nature of the HLM system enables custom connectors to be configured on very short lead times. Applications include rack and panel, cable and programming for a variety of markets, especially aerospace testing and industrial burn-in.
The range of modules also includes: 10-way signal at 4A; five-way power at 9A; four-way power at 25A; four-way power at 50A; two-way shielded; and two-way high-voltage options.
Accessories include: the quick mate half-turn locking device; security clamps and jackscrews; a keying system with float-mounting; and hoods with cable glands and strain relief.
The modules all feature Hypertac's unique Hyperboloid contact which provides immunity to shock and vibration, and up to 100,000 mating cycle usage.
