The new Radox databus cable from Huber+Suhner offers more advantages than ever in the reliable transmission of large data volumes in road vehicles

It is temperature resistant and can therefore be installed into the engine compartment - ideal for in-car communications/control systems. Thanks to its extremely narrow diameter, it can be accommodated even in very tight spaces. The continuous rise in the use of electronic systems in road vehicles requires reliable databus cables for transmitting information at high frequencies.

Applications such as CAN, LIN, MOST and FlexRay have become part of the modern onboard network structures inside vehicles.

Huber+Suhner has combined its knowhow in datacommunications with e-beam cross-linked materials technology, offering products based on specifications such as SAE-J1939-11, -15 or ISO11898-2 (CAN).

The e-beam cross-linked Radox insulation provides the cables with high thermal pressure resistance, resistance to chemicals and good abrasion resistance, and it can be applied across a wide temperature range.

The Radox cables offer supreme dielectric performance.

Its flame-retardant insulation will neither melt nor flow when exposed to high temperatures, offering optimal protection for sensitive data.
