Display modules offer cost-effective options
Standard character and graphics modules combine an extremely wide range of sizes and technologies with a very cost-effective price
Lightweight materials and a redesign of the cutting mechanism means the 2in version with cutter weighs only 97g.
Operating from a voltage range between 4.2 and 8.5V (peak current 1A) the 628/638 series is capable of a maximum output speed of 60mm at 8V DC with 8-dot/mm resolution.
Operating life is 100M pulses or 50km of paper.
The printers accommodate paper widths of 58/60mm (2in) and 80/82mm (3in) with a thickness between 60-100um.
Fujitsu's unique platen release system gives access to a wide paper path to simplify drop-in loading despite the printers' compact size.
The die-cast frame has been designed to absorb ESD and provide stability against vibration and shock, with all the component wiring contained in a single flex circuit.
Inelco Hunter also supplies a range of miniature interface boards (parallel/serial) along with software to suit the Fujitsu range of thermal printers.
