Industrial connectors run up to 200A
Harting has added a high-current module rated at 200A to the Han-Modular range of industrial connectors
The new module is available in versions for 25-40 or 40-70mm2 cable sizes, and includes a separate variant for PE connection. It can be used at high working voltages of up to 1000V. The module features axial screw termination allowing conductor sizes up to 70mm2 to be terminated without any special tools.

High-density module for industrial connection
Harting has added a high-density module to its Han-Modular range of industrial connectors
A safe and reliable termination can simply be made with the use of a 5mm hexagonal screw key.
The Han-Modular series is a heavy-duty family of connectors that offers a high degree of interconnection design and manufacturing flexibility.
It allows up to 12 modules - which can include power, single, pneumatic or optical connectors - to be mounted in a variety of combinations within a single housing.
The addition of the 200A module means that users of the Han-Modular system now have more than 20 module types from which to choose.
The range of modules available now covers currents from 5 to 200A, voltages from 50V to 5kV, pneumatic tubes from 1.6 to 6mm inside diameter, sensitive bus signals and fibre-optic signals in both plastic and glass fibres.
