The latest Harwin catalogue features more than 30 new products, and is the first to include RoHS-compliant versions of all connector ranges.

High reliability interconnect systems maker, Harwin, has announced more than 30 new products in its latest catalogue.

Featuring for the first time are the J-Tek and L-Tek surface mount Datamate connector series, designed specifically to reduce coplanarity problems associated with horizontal surface mounting.

Also new are the low insertion force M83 three row Datamate connectors offering up to 96 contacts.

Commented Harwin MD, Andrew McQuilken: "This is the first Harwin catalogue to feature RoHS compliant versions of all our product ranges - however it still includes traditional versions for markets that are exempt from the new legislation".

The new catalogue is a designed to be more useable, with more technical document than ever before, including data on conductor wire sizes, conversion factors and detailed crimping guides for the Datamate range.

In line with Harwin's new environmental policy - due for launch at Electronica - the catalogue is printed on 75% recycled paper and is also available for download from the Harwin website.
