Displays and interconnect specialist GTK is expanding its 2go range with 2.54mm PCB pin headers, guaranteeing next-day product delivery, complete with technical drawings. The 2go range of low-cost connectors is destined to help OEMs who suffer from overly long lead-times by supplying cost-effective products with proven interconnect performance in record time. GTK's pin headers deliver a 1amp current rating and an insulation resistance of 5000Mohm for 1min.

With a dielectric withstand voltage of 500V AC, parts operate between -40 and +105C.

Contacts are of brass and housing is of Nylon 6T, built to UL94V0 specification.

The parts, which can be snapped to size, are available straight or at right angles.

Measuring 0.025in2, the pins are offered in single or double row and offer a soldering profile of 260C for 10s.
