Headers and sockets aid high-density interconnects
High-density four-row surface-mount headers and sockets from Genalog provide up to 200 inputs/outputs in less than 1in2 and are available with a choice of four PCB stack heights.

High-density four-row surface-mount headers and sockets from Genalog, in association with Samtec, provide up to 200 inputs/outputs in less than 1in2 and are available with PC board stack heights of 6.35, 8, 10 and 12mm. The sockets have high-retention tuning-fork-type contacts and PIN counts from five to 50 positions per row in multiples of five are standard, with others optional. Sockets and terminal sets are also available for through-hole applications on 1.27mm pitch.
These have three-finger beryllium-copper contacts and are available in pin counts from 20 to 50 positions in multiples of five per row and with stacks heights from 6 to 12mm.
