AMD rewards Future Flash performance

Future Electronics has been presented with the 2001 European Demand Creation Award for High End Flash by AMD.

Future Electronics has been presented with the 2001 European Demand Creation Award for High End Flash by AMD. In a European contest open to all AMD's distributors, Future came out as the clear leader with the highest number of designs for AMD's Flash Spotlight products. The award was presented at Future's European headquarters in Colnbrook, UK on 22nd January 2002.

Special prizes were also awarded to Future's top performing technical solution managers.

Bernhard Gressler, Technical Manager Future Germany, was presented with a prize for the technical solution manager with the highest number of designs and Colin Weaving, Technical Manager Future UK, came a close second.

"We have been impressed with Future's commitment to creating new sales opportunities for AMD through their knowledgeable technical teams", said Pierre - Yves Ferrard, Director of Sales, European Distribution, AMD.

"Future and its technical solution managers thoroughly deserve this award".
