Leslie Landers has joined Forte Design Systems as Vice President of Worldwide Sales.
Landers has over 20 years of EDA experience focused on advancing emerging technologies into the mainstream and supporting customers' technology development.
Landers recently served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Atrenta.
Prior to Atrenta she held vice president and director level positions at Xynetix Design Systems, Cadence Design Systems and Mentor Graphics.
"Leslie's track record of furthering the adoption of leading edge technologies and building strong customer relationships will allow Forte to continue to build a leadership position in behavioural design", said Jacob Jacobsson, Forte's President and CEO.
"Forte is broadening its management team to proactively deal with rapid growth and to bring its customers necessary new design methodology through behavioural synthesis".
"Forte's behavioural synthesis technology is a key enabler for design teams starting to design and verify their ASICs, SoCs, and systems at a high level of abstraction using SystemC and C++", said Landers.
