DC block devices come in coaxial packages
Recently introduced by Florida RF Labs is a line of coaxial DC block devices that are ideal for use in applications from DC to 10GHz
High-power resistive products are predominatelymanufactured using BeO ceramic due to its ability to dissipateheat quickly.
The European Union has mandated that by 2002 allnew high power resistive products should be free of BeO.
AlN isan ideal substitute to BeO because it has comparable heatdissipation properties and is considered safe in all forms, whether solid or dust particles.
Together, Florida RF Labs andEMC Technology, offer a complete line of AlN resistors, terminations and attenuators from 1 to 250W.
These products canbe used up to 6GHz in frequency and are available in a variety ofmounting applications ranging from surface mount, tab and cover(direct solder) and flange mounting.
