Forge Europa can supply tailor made LED dot matrix displays to customer specifications. Custom versions can be based either on a tile approach or by using an array of LEDs on a PCB. There are a number of design features that can be altered to create a unique product.

Examples include physical size, dot configuration and pitch, viewing angle, emitter colour, pin spacing, electrical configuration, and display format (number of rows and columns).

Forge Europa's flexible approach, short development lead time and low tooling costs makes the use of a custom product achievable for low to medium volume production runs (10,000-plus units).

From its base in the UK the Forge Europa team of design engineers use their specialist expertise to ensure customers' product requirements are met.

By taking advantage of the latest technological developments it is possible to enhance the product's performance and reliability.

Low cost manufacturing takes place in a purpose built factory in China and is carefully controlled to ensure batch consistency and repeatability to guarantee a high quality appearance of the finished display.
