A range of RoHS complaint integrated connector modules designed to offer increased port density while using minimal board space is available from FocusEDL. Called StackJack, they are produced by Pulse, the leading magnetic components manufacturer, recognised as an expert in noise reduction, miniaturisation and power and signal conversion.

StackJack connector modules will interest designers working on embedded PC applications where today's demand for increased board functionality needs to be matched by the need to reduce size.
Configured to provide 2 x 1 RJ45 and stacked RJ45/USB, the modules are designed to provide maximum EMI suppression and comply with IEEE802.3i/u/a/b and ANSI X3.263 standards as well as USB 2.0.
The modules' internal magnetics are designed to support 10/100/1000Base-TX applications such as LAN-on-motherboard while they meet the electrical isolation requirements of 802.3 with a minimum 1500V RMS.
