"Among the most satisfied customers I've ever surveyed", was the response of Jonathan Parkes of the independent Munro Parkes Consultancy to the results of Flomerics' recent customer satisfaction survey.
Many companies claim to be exceeding the expectations of their customers but Flomerics, which provides thermal management software for electronic design engineers and air flow modelling software for building services engineers, has the proof to back up the claim.
95% of its customers would recommend Flomerics' products and services to others.
The independent research demonstrates the operational strength present throughout Flomerics' business and displays how sound business practises and satisfied customers make Flomerics set for strong growth as soon as the IT recovery begins.
Flomerics' high profile electronics customers include every major developer of workstations, all major telecom switching manufacturers, the top five networking hardware vendors and the world's largest semiconductor producers.
The research found true strength in depth right through Flomerics' range of products and services.
The customer satisfaction survey covered all the various customer types and took into account new as well as established clients.
High-levels of customer satisfaction where displayed across all the areas culminating in 99% of customers being satisfied with Flomerics' services, including 63% who were either very or extremely satisfied (see aforementioned graph).
The consistency of results across all areas was also particularly good with special praise going to technical support, installation and the sales and marketing teams as they all received an extraordinary 100% satisfaction levels in areas such as knowledge and skill, ease of software installation and effective responses to requirements.
The depth of satisfaction felt by Flomerics' customers is unusually high.
When responding to the survey one happy Flomerics' customer, Owen Livingstone, commented, "Flomerics do a great job.
They are one of the best companies in the UK to deal with.
We are extremely satisfied with the service we receive from them".
Commenting on the survey results, Dr Mike Reynell, Director of Marketing, Flomerics, said, "Many companies pay lip service to the importance of good customer support, but very few actually take the trouble to measure their performance in this area.
The results of this survey are a glowing endorsement to all the staff at Flomerics and it's them that I'd like to thank.
