Fiducia has changed its name to GPEG International following a merger of key activities with its primary manufacturing partner Giant Power of China. The two companies have always had strong financial connections; however this latest move aligns the direction of both companies and aids improved communication and understanding between GPEG's customers in the West and its supply chain in the East. CEO Nick How commented: 'Both Fiducia in Europe and Giant Power in China have grown rapidly since their setup in 2004 and this merger will provide a spring-board for the group to further develop its sales channels, maximise its revenue and increase its manufacturing capacity'.

The group's core competences continue to be the manufacture and supply of LCDs, LCMs, turnkey solutions and open frame monitors.

The group will be launching its new brand at the Electronica trade show in Germany next month.
