The FPLR12TR7525 and FPLR12SR7525 convertors deliver up to 25A with best-in-class thermal performance.
The FPLR12TR7525 and FPLR12TR7530 convertors are available in 50.8 x 13.5 x 8.0mm) industry-standard SIL packages and the FPLR12SR7525 convertor comes in a 33.0 x 13.4 x 8.3mm SMD package with industry-standard footprint and pinout.
All models provide a tightly regulated programmable output voltage in the range of 0.75-5.5V DC and feature remote on/off, overcurrent and overtemperature protection, and output voltage adjust, and are compatible with standard trim equations.
These Senpai Series DC/DC convertors are designed for intermediate bus architecture (IBA) and distributed power architecture (DPA) applications that require high efficiency, tight regulation, and high reliability in elevated temperature environments.
At an output voltage of 5.0V, with 2m/s airflow, the FPLR12TR7525 convertor delivers full-rated output current with no derating in ambient temperatures of up to 75C, and the FPLR12TR7530 and the FPLR12SR7525 convertors deliver full-rated output current at temperatures of up to 50C.
This excellent thermal performance results from electrical, thermal and packaging design that is optimised for high density circuit card conditions.
