Longer life for coaxial switches
As part of a new range of coaxial switches for RF and microwave applications, Teledyne Relays has introduced the CCM-33 Series of coaxial switches.

As part of a new range of coaxial switches for RF and microwave applications, Teledyne Relays has introduced the CCM-33 Series of coaxial switches. These products are now available from 2001 Electronic Components. The CCM-33 Series are a family of single-pole, double-throw devices which offer extraordinary reliability with an extended life of over 10 million cycles.
These high performance broadband electromechanical devices can switch signals from DC to 18GHz.
This makes them suitable for the needs of test and measurement applications as well as broadcast and cable systems.
They are capable of switching microwave signals from a common input to either of two outputs.
The characteristic impedance is 50 ohms.
The switches are small in size and compatible with SMA connectors.
The switching time is specified as 10ms.
Options include: a failsafe or latching actuator; 12,15 or 28V DC actuation voltage; indicator contacts and TTL inputs.
