The world's major telecommunications manufacturers will gather in London from 27th to 30th March 2006 for the International Engineering Consortium's (IEC) 21st Century Communications World Forum, making it one of the most significant information and communication technology (ICT) events of the year at the Business Design Centre, with BT as the official host sponsor. Following the highly successful inaugural event in 2005, new key players exemplify the heightened magnitude of the event as Alcatel, Lucent, Nokia and ZTE Corporation join other major exhibitors such as BT, Huawei, Siemens, Ericsson, Fujitsu, Cisco Systems, ECI, Cirpack, Juniper Networks, Keymile, Tellabs, IBM and Redback Networks. 'The 21st Century Communications World Forum comes at the dawn of a new era in telecommunications and the event is ideally located - being in the country where the incumbent operator has announced the most ambitious and far-reaching IP centric network transformation program this industry has ever seen', said John Janowiak, IEC President - Information Technology Sector.
Other first-time exhibitors include: Plexus, Riverstone, Microtel, Agere Systems, Pressac Communication, Solace Systems, JDSU, Eltek Energy, OneAccess, Bridgewater, ADVA Optical, Tyco Electronics, Symmetricom, Bitband and Broadsoft.
With more than 95% of the show floor sold out, the 21st Century Communications World Forum exhibition serves as a must-see show for ICT professionals or service providers wishing to discover the latest services available for their end users.
The first-ever colocated IMS Global ComForum also premieres at the show expanding educational opportunities available to delegates on the show floor as well as in the conference revealing the latest in IMS.
With the exhibition featuring countless technology demonstrations of leading IP equipment suppliers and innovators and first-class educational content at its conference, the entire 21st Century Communications World Forum brings service providers/carriers, enterprise end users, solutions providers, and industry analysts as well as equipment suppliers together in one forum.
