The new ultraslim 1031 hinge from Emka enables concealed fitment on the narrow door flanges of specialist cabinets and allows 115-degree opening.

The new ultraslim 1031 hinge from Emka enables concealed fitment on the narrow door flanges of specialist cabinets and allows 115-degree opening.

20mm door flanges are becoming more common in order to create more usable space - previously the norm has been 32.5mm - so Emka's new 1031 hinge now offers a substantial improvement of 12.5mm per flange, or 25mm overall per cabinet.

Zinc-plated steel construction and a removable hinge pin, coupled with universal fixing methodology, offers a simple concealed hinging solution.

A non-plated door mount component may be readily welded direct to the door flange and the remaining piece with U design return may be bolted or riveted in place.

Installation may be oriented for left- or right-hand operation.
