Elgar Electronics has revealed its new corporate logo and image campaign.
Made up of the corporate initials (eec) the logo represents an abstract of the universal icon for "power on", incorporating "Elgar blue" and "Sorensen red".
Included in the logo are the company's three internationally recognised brand names of Elgar, Sorensen and Power Ten.
"Elgar has evolved from three independent power supply companies into a stronger and more agile entity, a single source for all your programmable AC and DC power supplies needs.
We call it 'the power of 3'", said Bob Close the company's Marketing Manager.
"Most of our clients know us as either Elgar, Sorensen or Power Ten.
This new logo illustrates the power of combining the strengths of these companies into a single firm.
As an integrated company, we can deliver more product choices, enhanced system integration capabilities and better service to our customers than the individual companies could alone".
This new logo and corporate image will be rolled out through a series of ads with the new tag line "power evolved".
Adds Close: "Together with our customers, Elgar Electronics Corp oration is redefining programmable power.
We are evolving the company to meet the evolving needs of the market place.
That is power evolved".
