A new IPC white paper and technical report looks at halogen-free materials used for printed circuit boards and assemblies. It includes significant data and was developed over three years by a team representing every level of the electronics supply chain. WP/TR-584 has been reviewed and accepted by IPC's Technical Activities Executive Committee (TAEC).
