Digi-Key has signed a global distribution agreement with Qimonda, one of world's largest suppliers of DRAM products
Electronic component distributor Digi-Key has signed a global distribution agreement with Qimonda, one of world's largest suppliers of DRAM products. Products stocked by Digi-Key include SDRAM ICs in a variety of packages, styles and memory sizes. Also in stock are DDR2 memory modules in several sizes.
