Direct Logix and Bacon Software have completed a collaborative product for rules driven front-end engineering data exchange between their two systems

Direct Logix's Control Center Engineering Information Management Server has been integrated with Bacon Software's advanced PCB manufacturing product suite (JQS, JTS, JAS). The new product provides part engineering automation, systems integration and enterprise data access between the two systems.

The new combined rules driven solutions will offer the installed customer base of both companies with a simple bidirectional information connector that will automate data exchange of critical engineering information.

The connector solution will be offered to global manufacturers in Europe, Asia, and North America.

'Direct Logix's products have received fast market acceptance from PCB manufacturers and provide a key technological element to PCB manufacturing today', stated Mitchell Bacon, President of Bacon Software.

'When coupled with our software products, which have for years provided easy to use, low cost solutions that incorporate the latest technologies with simple interfaces - users will truly have a winning combination'.

Leigh Eichel, Direct Logix Vice President says: 'Bacon Software's product solutions experience, along with their significant client base, makes them a great partner to offer real time bidirectional quote and sales order integration to Direct Logix Control Center's Engineering system in the global PCB manufacturing segment'.
