Quarter VGA modules boast high contrast
The new 240320 series of QVGA modules from Displaytech can be supplied with or without a fully featured Sitronix LC212 controller
The high contrast FSTN screen, which has a viewing area of 81.0 x 61.5mm contained within a compact overall size of 83.0 x 67.5 x 9.0mm, features Displaytech's proprietary 'high efficiency' backlight system. The module has a high 90cd/m2 surface brightness from its low power white LED backlight and can include a touch screen as an optional user interface.

The optional LC212 controller offers an enhanced functionality over existing controllers and includes three communication modes - SPI, direct SPI and direct bus mode.

Available in both standard and wide temperature versions, the 240320 series is fully RoHS compliant.
The module is ideal for use in many applications such as, marine, medical, automotive and general instrumentation.
