Digital Power has released a range of DC/AC inverters that will find many applications in telecommunications and industrial systems.
Derived from military versions and enhanced to power communications systems in the field or as backup to mains power, the Quasar range mixes military product reliability with a variety of user benefits normally associated with commercial quality products.
The Quasar 24V for industrial applications and the Quasar 48V for telecomms systems use, both offer customer selectable output voltages (110 or 230V) and selectable frequencies of 50 or 60Hz.
They can also be factory set for 400Hz operation.
Outputs are fully isolated.
Versions are available offering output power of 250, 500 or 1000VA and a 19in rack-mounting kit is available as an option.
The linear design of the Quasar produces a high-quality true-sinewave output which results in excellent EMC performance.
Digital Power's Quasar inverters meet all relevant international safety standards.
