A new range of high-performance interconnects, featuring an integral ground plane to support applications up to 1GHz, has been added by Delton Roxburgh.
Three board spacings, 3.00, 6.00 and 10.00mm, are offered by beryllium copper interfaces in the FSI series, which provides options up to 50 positions per row.
Low profile SEI series have phosphor bronze contacts and start at five-position, single row designs for 1.65mm board spacing.
Both ranges feature contacts with high normal forces and large contact deflection.
The interconnects are available from Deltron Roxburgh with standard SAE and metric threaded hold down hardware, or can be supplied without hardware where required.
Optional alignment pins assist with correct positioning on the solder board, as well as ensuring proper orientation to the mating compression board.
The result is a positive mounting connection with minimal use of PCB area.
