In conjunction with the Europa display, visitors will also discover how faulty boards can now be assessed in real time with the addition of HawkEye automatic print verification technology.
The Horizon 01i machine will also join the exhibition, presenting DEK's profound lead-free expertise to the Productronica audience.
With the European directives signalling an end to the use of lead in electronics processes, DEK representatives will be on hand throughout the event to provide lead-free advice to delegates wanting to learn more about this subject.
In line with the lead-free drive, the presence of Pro-Flow enclosed print head technology will enlighten delegates on another aspect of the DEK lead-free portfolio.
ProFlow is designed to address the challenges associated with using lead-free pastes, enabling repeatable aperture filling, low paste wastage and high throughput.
In a further dimension to the Productronica proposition, DEK will demonstrate VectorGuard versions of its stencil technologies, available in the tiered Gold, Silver and Blue ranges, formulated to offer manufacturers superior end of line yield rates.
The VectorGuard range is a further example of DEK's lead-free prowess.
Accommodating the challenges presented by lead-free in terms of paste rheology on aperture release, the pure nickel electroform and laser-cut stencils achieve unprecedented levels of paste volume repeatability.
The stencil range will additionally feature PumpPrint, a convenient, flexible solution for adhesive deposition, inherently faster than conventional dispensers.
In addition to the impressive range already outlined, DEK will use Productronica 2005 to exhibit a diverse variety of screens, tooling and consumables, optimised for modern electronics assembly.
'Productronica looks set to be a great opportunity for delegates to see DEK's product range in action, as a complete solution for progressive electronics manufacturers', concludes Brianda.
