Camera keeps an eye on printing
DEK has launched a new inspection camera to meet the increasing demands of real-time inspection
The high speed Gold Camera has been developed for defect capture in high throughput applications, and features an inspection window nearly three times larger than DEK's existing Green Camera system. The Gold Camera contains a field of view of 11.5 x 8.5mm, giving an inspection window size of 10 x 7.5mm.

Platform streamlines screen printing
The Horizon 03i comes equipped with DEK's Instictiv user interface and the ISCAN control network, which supports a faster, lighter and more reliable bus system
This allows inspection times to be vastly reduced, with production volumes effectively doubled over those achieved using the Green Camera.
With far more information being captured in a single image, the Gold Camera means that inspection is more efficient and less time-consuming.
Thus, users are provided with a means of programming both sites and devices much faster.
The Gold Camera uses the latest LED technology to provide more illumination across the array.
It achieves an inspection rate of over 200mm2/s.
The system is an option on the Infinity and Horizon screen printing machines, and an upgrade path is available to users who already use the Green Camera system.
