Deltacast will introduce two new SDI and ASI PCI boards to the American market at NAB 2004.
These boards serve the increasing needs of OEMs by providing cost-effective and space-sensitive solutions while delivering the performance and reliability that device manufacturers and service operators demand.
The Delta-sdi is a compact, versatile 10bit digital video to PC gateway.
With two inputs and two outputs, it provides access to the ideal mix of SDI I/O and acts as a powerful building block for SDI processing applications: video server, video capture/playback, audio/ancillary (de)embedding, keying etc.
The Delta-asi is a compact, versatile MPEG-2 to PC gateway.
With four I/Os, it receives, processes and retransmits two MPEG-2 streams in real time for implementation in a wide range of ASI applications: PID filtering and TS processing, iTV, IP data insertion, data broadcasting, VoIP, VoD etc.
With fully comprehensive SDKs that can be integrated quickly into any platform and operating system, the Delta-asi and the Delta-sdi ensure low product development costs, fast time to market and complete control over product branding and differentiation.

New features for these boards and their APIs are ongoing.
