New from CIT Relay and Switch, the subminiature process-sealed surface-mount SST Series of toggle switches comprises single-pole double-throw devices offering switch functions of on-none-on, on-none-(on), on-off-on, and (on)-off-(on). The bushing is 4.11mm and is nonthreaded. The SST Series offers numerous actuator options ranging from 6.1mm to 10.16mm.

Packaging is tape and reel.

The electrical life of the SST Series is typically 55,000 cycles.

Initial contact resistance is less than 20mohm at 2-4V DC, 100mA.

Minimum dielectric strength is 1500V RMS.

Minimum Insulation resistance is 100Mohm.

The operating temperature of the SST Series is -40 to +85C.

The actuator is chrome-plated brass with housing material of 4/6 nylon, glass filled, flame retardant heat stabilised, UL94V0.

The support bracket is tin-plated brass.

The terminals offer a choice of silver-plated or gold-plated copper alloy.

The switches are ideal for use in telecommunications, industrial, HVAC, security and networking applications.

Lead-time averages 5 to 6 weeks.
