The latest addition to the CIT Relay and Switch range is the CS1211 Series right-angle momentary surface-mount low-profile tactile switch

This switch is designed with an electrical life of 100,000 cycles using silver-plated stainless-steel contacts and silver-plated brass terminals. Switch electrical ratings are 50mA at 48V DC. The actuation force on the CS1211 is 1.77N and gives an excellent tactile feel. With a low profile of 1.8mm, the overall switch dimensions of the CS1211 are in a compact, space-saving package of 4.5 x 3.7mm.

The actuator and housing is composed of 4/6 nylon with a grounded stainless steel cover for EMC protection.

The CS1211 series has an operating temperature ranging from -40 to +85C.

Typical applications for the CIT Relay and Switch CS1211 Series surface-mount tactile switch include test and measurement equipment, telecommunication, computer and peripherals, consumer product, handheld devices, automotive diagnostic equipment, medical handheld, diagnostic monitors, PDAs and industrial controls.

Lead-time is 4 to 6 weeks.

Volume pricing starts at $0.15.

Packaging is tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel.
