Now available from CTL Components is a series of precision thick-film resistors offering a wide range of ohmic values from 10kohm right up to 20Gohm. Known as the CS series, the resistors feature radial-leaded packaging and are supplied either loose or bandoliered for easy mounting on to printed circuit boards. The components have a maximum voltage rating of 20kV and can be specified with any resistance - not just the standard preferred values.
Incorporating a special coating for extra environmental protection, the resistors are particularly suitable for applications in test equipment, process control, automation and defence.
All except the highest ohmic values can also be supplied in surface-mount versions, while a complementary series of metal-film axial-leaded resistors is available to cover values from 1ohm to 10Mohm.
