US based AG Geophysical Products originally developed its range of connectors for the marine seismic industry, and they have become the connectors of choice in what has to be one of the most demanding of applications. However, AG's connectors are so robust that they are now becoming popular in other industries where performance and reliability are paramount. Fitting new or replacement connectors can be a time-consuming and costly activity.

Furthermore, the cost of failed connectors can be enormous, so it is essential that high quality, reliable connectors are deployed in potentially harsh environments.

Individually tested to 500 feet of water pressure, AG connectors are available in multi-pin and coaxial format for both inline and bulkhead deployment.

They are supplied either with the cable installed, or "connector to pigtail" for soldering, crimping or customer termination.

Both the cables and the connectors can be configured to meet customers' needs.

For example, the coaxial cable is available in 50 and 75ohm variants so that data, radio or video applications can be supported.

AG connectors and cables are now available in the UK from Cirrus International.
