Tantalum capacitors boast ultra-low ESR
NEC Tokin's latest series of ultra-low ESR tantalum capacitors are now available from Components Bureau.

NEC Tokin's latest series of ultra-low ESR tantalumcapacitors are now available from Components Bureau. DesignatedNeoCapacitor, the PS/L series feature a new 15mW ultra-low ESRmodel perfectly suited to decoupling and noise reduction.Available in 2.2 to 47uF and 4 to 10V devices, the conductivepolymer capacitors feature an 18mohm model in a 7343 size and anultra-small 1608 size of 6.3V devices. With the ultra-low ESR,these devices will handle ripple currents 3.5 times higher thanmanganese tantalum capacitors.
Also now stocked is the lead-freeE/SV series providing environmentally friendly alternatives andfeaturing eight versions ranging from 2.5 to 35V and capacitanceranging 0.47 to 680uF.
The devices are designed to allow easyreplacement from alternatives with lead in their construction.Recently appointed as franchised distributor for NEC Tokin, thedeal means that Components Bureau will stock a wide range of thecompany's products.
In addition, Components Bureau will haveaccess to the full range of products, including EMC suppressionproducts, chokes, inductors and lithium ion batteries etc.
