Assembly line smoothes PCB production
Contax has installed a new PCB assembly line for OEM Gemini 2000.
Contax has installed a PCB assembly line for Gemini 2000, including an Essemtec SP002 stencil printer, a CSM7100 pick and place machine and a RO300 FC reflow oven Gemini 2000 makes contactless smart card reader/writers that are used in many city councils, schools, libraries and leisure venues throughout the UK

Overmoulding protects cables and assemblies
The Werner Wirth overmoulding machine operates with both cable preparation and PCB assembly equipment, moulding strain reliefs, connector shells and grommets onto electrical cables.
This new production line will be used to manufacture the PCBs used in its products.
