New from Commell, the LV-675 is the first Mini-ITX motherboard to support Intel Pentium M and Celeron M processors with two Mini-PCI expansion ports and high performance display functions for DVI and LVDS applications. The board uses Intel's high performance LV-675 chipset, including Intel Extreme Graphics technology, with up to 1Gbyte of DDR333 memory and up to 64Mbyte shared with system memory. The latest in high-bandwidth connectivity is supported with IEEE1394, as well as S-Video and RCA TV-out (NTSC and Pal).

Additional expansion capabilities include two Mini-PCI ports and one PCI slot.

The LV-675 comes with a range of interfaces as standard, including floppy, PS/2 keyboard and mouse, two RS232s, a printer port, UltraATA100 IDE and IrDA.

Networking is provided by the Intel 82541PI gigabit LAN chip; four USB 2.0 ports and AC97 5.1 channel audio are also integrated.

Commell reckons the LV-675 is the perfect platform for low-cost, low-power and high-performance embedded application such as gaming machines, kiosks and media centres.

The board is compatible with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
