Cetecom compliance services cover different technologies, from wireless technologies such as Bluetooth and WLAN (802.11a/b/g) to mobile technologies like GSM, GPRS and W-CDMA in over 90 countries.
Alejandro Torrecilla, Certification Services Manager at Cetecom said: "We are very pleased that Sony Ericsson, a well respected leader in the world of mobile communications, has appointed us to assist with international compliance services.
Country-specific regulatory requirements can make it difficult to target different markets at the same time.
It is for this reason that we are proud to have helped Sony Ericsson to achieve local type approval on its products".
