Cetecom products will be maintained, calibrated and repaired through Agilent's network of service centres worldwide. Bite and Mint customers will take advantage of this new agreement, providing the following benefits: local service will avoid customs delays and possible shipment problems; test system down time will be reduced; and reaction time to customer issues will be cut.
The customer service teams at Cetecom and Agilent will work together to satisfy requirements for automatic diagnostics, fast repair and calibration of the Bluetooth, GSM/GPRS and W-CDMA test equipment used in Bite and Mint testers.
