Celoxica Holdings has published its maiden preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2005.

Celoxica Holdings has published its maiden preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2005. Turnover rose 24% to GBP 4.3 million; operating loss was down 14% to GBP 3.0 million; and overall loss was down from GBP 5.1 million to GBP 2.3 million. The company's flotation on AIM in October was an important milestone, raising its profile and increasing its financial resources.
Cleoxica received record orders for the year of GBP 5.0 million, up 42% on 2004.
Phil Bishop, CEO, commented: 'We enter 2006 with great optimism'.
'The company has made significant progress during the last year and we have established a solid platform in two growing markets - embedded design (ESL) and accelerated computing'.
