Caltest Instruments has a new high-performance range of AC power sources manufactured by USA-based Pacific Power Source. Designated the ASX series, the models provide 1.5 to 12kVA, and can be synchronised to provide up to 36kVA in three-phase form. They incorporate proven switched mode (PWM) amplifier technology that provide high performance and efficiency in a compact package with fast response and low distortion and noise.
