DC loads feature flexible interfaces
Caltest Instruments has a new range of high performance DC dynamic electronic loads manufactured by German company H and H.

Caltest Instruments has a new range of high performance DC dynamic electronic loads manufactured by German company H and H. These innovative products are designed primarily for dynamic and automated testing for all types of DC power supplies, batteries, fuel cells, alternators and DC generators. Designated the ZS series the range consists of over 80 models in voltage ranges of 60, 120, 300, and 600V DC.
Power ratings run from 500W to 26.2kW, and up to three units can be operated in parallel for a combined rated power up to 78.6kW.
The input power may be exceeded by up to 3x the rated continuous value for short periods.
H and H has over 25 years experience in this field and has enhanced this series with an advanced modular interface system, whereby up to four different digital systems can be used, with up to three analogue interfaces.
Further advantages of the new interfacing arrangement are the ability to have totally isolated load inputs as well as isolated interfaces.
