Camden Electronics has launched new 7.5 and 7.62mm pitch standard profile rising clamp terminal blocks that offer increased strength. The new CTB0110 (7.5mm pitch) and CT0118 (7.62mm pitch) terminal blocks are available in 2- to 12-pole versions with 2- and 3-pole types featuring a special double interlocking mechanism for increased strength. Four- to 12-pole versions are pre-assembled.

Moulded in green UL94-V0 flame retardant PA66, the new terminal blocks feature professional rising clamp terminals to prevent incorrect cable entry and protect wires from damage.

Additional features include 2.5mmę cable entry, guided pin alignment and UL, CE and VDE approvals.

Specifications include rating of 20A/750V, dielectric strength 3kV/60s, insulation resistance 5Mohm and working temperature from -20 to +125C (160C for short periods).

Pins and terminals are fabricated from tinned, nickel plated brass with nickel plated brass wire clamp and 0.5Nm torque M3 steel, zinc colour passivated and tropicalised screw.
