BSE (UK) and its counterparts in France, Benelux, Spain and Portugal have rebranded as Accelonix. Paul Phillips managing director of Accelonix UK said: "It will come as no surprise that we have been dissatisfied with the name BSE for some time. Whilst in the process of a name change we are also taking the opportunity to apply a single name throughout our group, as some of the newer group members have had individual names which has caused confusion.
Developing a cohesive image more accurately reflects our ability to work with customers at two levels, primarily at a local language level but with the ability to draw on specialist expertise from across the group where needed".
"The Accelonix Group is now 40 strong with 20 technical staff based in sales and support offices near London, Paris, Amsterdam and Barcelona, covering most of Western Europe.
Our aim is to continue delivering innovative products in electronic production and test, focusing on new technologies and on microelectronics packaging and assembly in particular.
We are 'problem solvers' closely involving our suppliers in all aspects of our business of delivering custom test and assembly solutions and test services to a technologically fast moving market place".
