IPK Broadcast Systems in the UK has ceased trading. In an attempt to assist IPK Metalwork clients, Bryant Broadcast has prepared a list of crossreferences to suitable Bryant made alternatives. This table lists IPK Broadcast part numbers and product descriptions, and the nearest equivalent Bryant Broadcast product and is accessible from the Bryant Broadcast website.

Where there is currently no direct equivalent, Bryant Broadcast is assessing the products with a view to making them available.

Bryant Broadcast bills itself as the engineer's 'first choice' manufacturer and supplier of installation equipment for the broadcast and communications industries.

Bryant Broadcast is also a metalworker and fabricator in steel and aluminium, producing 19in racks and cabinets, housings, rack boxes, trays, termination panels and chassis for a host of industry sectors.

Bryant can handle all facets of sheet metalwork, both ferrous and nonferrous, as well as CAD/CAM machining, drilling, punching, engraving, screen printing, welding, etc.

in both flat materials and its' own proprietary stock extrusions and sections.

Finishes range from anodising and Alocrom through to painting, powder coating, screen-printing, engraving, brush graining etc.

As well as a standard range of products for the broadcast industry, Bryant reckons it offers a 'second-to-none' bespoke service for custom metalwork, that ranges from the smallest of IT termination panels, face plates and floor boxes to large studio mixing desk frames, and customer specified racking.

Already a byword for 'flexible manufacture' in the broadcast, film, television and audio/video installation sectors, Bryant's new premises, together with ongoing investment in CAD/CAM machining centres and presses equips it to handle most requirements - from prototype to production - for major electronics OEMs and data networking specialist installers.

The key to Bryant's success is the ability to understand the engineer's requirements and to propose a workable and economical solution.

Bryant's CAD/CAM software can import dimensionally accurate drawing exchange files (DXF) and machine from them with great accuracy.

DXF files can be imported from clients' disk or via e-mail in either mime or UU encoded formats (files should not contain 3D information and should be metric, with panel cutouts and engraving etc on separate layers).
