California beckons for Bierley: News from Bierley.com

In a move to strengthen its presence in the American market Bierley.com has set up a US-based subsidiary with a new office in San Jose, California. Bierley Associates will commence US operations with an initial staff of three, rising to seven by early next year, and will closely follow the parent company's business model of focusing on sales, marketing and support functions to market leaders in white goods, telecommunications and metering products. "We are working with excellent suppliers who provide quality product at very competitive prices, and we are finding that top tier manufacturers in Europe are very receptive to develop a close working relationship with us as direct sales representatives", said Ian Bierley, Director of Sales and Marketing.

The key point is that the company only represents a narrow line of products and so remains highly focused on select customers.

There is no attempt to be everything to everyone and so those customers working with Bierley.com know they get undivided attention.

"I believe the US will be receptive to this quality service in low cost manufacturing approach too", added Bierley.
