Software set for launch in Paris
Beach Solutions will launch the Easi Developer Suite next February at DATE 2004 in Paris.
Beach Solutions will launch the Easi Developer Suite (EDS) at DATE 2004 (booth 4425).
Easi Developer Suite, which works in conjunction with Easi-Studio, gives users the ability to customise the presentation of IP and SoC interface data saved within Easi-Studio so that the formats of hardware, software and documentation views comply with users' in-house company standards and SoC design flows.
The technology behind Easi Developer Suite has been in use at beta sites and by Beach Solutions' own engineering team for the last 12 months to produce VHDL, Verilog and SystemVerilog data for hardware developers, C and C++ API's for software developers and verification code in C and e.
Easi-Studio is deployed today at several major independent device manufacturers throughout Europe and the USA to eliminate the risks associated with the manual interpretation of SoC specifications.
By using Easi-Studio to automate the creation of hardware and software design files and their associated documentation, a SoC project team can ensure that all developers work with up-to-date and consistent design data.
Thus, Easi-Studio greatly reduces the risks of introducing design errors that are typically only discovered late-on during the hardware/software integration phase of critical SoC product developments.
Easi-Studio is based around a third-generation XML schema technology specifically created for the needs of IP developers and embedded systems integrators.
