Artesyn Technologies will be showcasing its latest point-of-load (POL) convertors on Stand B2.231 at Electronica 2002

The company is bringing a large number of highly innovative power conversion products to market during the latter part of 2002, including several new series of nonisolated DC/DC convertors that are set to establish new efficiency standards within the industry. Products being launched at the Electronica exhibition in November will include a surface-mount version of the company's latest SIL10 POL convertor, and a new series of 15A fixed-output POL convertors.

In addition to the new POL convertors, Artesyn will also be showing a wide selection of its latest-generation AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion products on Stand B2.231.

The AC/DC products will include a multi-output power supply for midrange servers, several front-end supplies for systems employing distributed power architectures, and a 150W open-frame power supply designed to fit on a 1U high shelf.

The DC/DC products on show will include many of Artesyn's industry-leading quarter- and half-brick convertors, such as the new SXQ50 series of 50W surface-mount modules, and the new EXB50 dual-output convertor which features ultra-wide 1.5 to 5.2V trim capabilities.
