Ansoft more than doubles earnings
Ansoft Corp has published financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2005 ended 31st January 2005
Net income for the third quarter was $3.0 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, representing a 115% increase when compared with net income of $1.4 million, or $0.11 per diluted share in the previous fiscal year's third quarter. On a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis, net income for the third quarter was $2.8 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, compared with GAAP net income of $941,000, or $0.07 per diluted share in the previous fiscal year's third quarter.
