German test house 7 Layers is working on a suite of tools for the Anritsu ME7873A W-CDMA test system, to simplify and speed up the testing of 3G user equipment

The system is aimed at R and D and conformance testing applications and is complementary to the recently introduced ME7852A protocol test system. In addition, 7 layers will independently verify the RF performance of the test system and its test cases against the 3GPP core and test specifications at its laboratory in Ratingen Germany.
